Meyhane – Supper Club – First Sip

We are hosting a series of supper clubs honouring a centuries-old tradition from #Anatolia. Once a month, our Turquazz Meyhane will feature different Anatolian chefs who will pair their speciality cuisines with traditional Raki and wines from Anatolia.  We have called our first supper club “The First Sip”, and the menu selection will be paired with Yeni Raki’s long-distilled product “Uzun-Demleme” or optional Turkish wines.

Turquazz Meyhane is preparing to bring our local Islington grocer, Avoman and fishmonger, Moxon’s into the Gallipoli Restaurant’s sister restaurant La Farola in order to introduce a spectacular dining experience that will be prepared using the finest seasonal ingredients.

Talented chef Erdal Ataş is combining the local ingredients of London with the recipes of Anatolia to prepare a marvellous tasting menu for the “first-sip” evening.

Be prepared for a new dining experience around a friendly table for a special event that we shall assemble with the unique touch of ingenious Anatolian chefs.
