[Pop-Up] Nardis Jazz Club - London by Turquazz 24 Exmouth Market, London

Turquazz Culture Platform is bringing London-based jazz musicians of Anatolian origin together. The purpose of this meeting, which will be held, is to enable new London musicians trying to adapt to London to meet and develop relationships with other musicians. Giants of Anatolia – Vol 1: Roots

Jazz Cafe 5 Parkway, Camden,, London

Giants of Anatolia present the unique sounds of Anatolian psychedelic rock live for the first time on the Jazz Cafe stage with their concert “Journey to the Roots of Anatolian Psych”.

Drawing their inspiration from the rich musical cultures and traditions of Anatolian folk and rock, the band hails from London and brings together incredibly talented and young musicians together. Their funky and upbeat music incorporates traditional elements of folk with a contemporary approach. A nod to the masters of the genre in the late 60s, Giants of Anatolia will bring a new breath to many beloved songs of Anatolian psychedelic rock this evening. This concert is the beginning of the journey of the Giants of Anatolia, and they will continue to delve into the depths of this unique genre.

“Journey to the Roots of Anatolian Psych” celebrates a unique fusion of pop, rock and folk that transcends the boundaries of the past and present.

Art Activity for Kids – Tate Modern

Tate Modern Bankside, London

Our “Muuuse-um” journey takes us to Tate Modern where the children will learn about and explore contemporary art. From pop art to more conceptual pieces, we will pose questions about what creates an audience for works of art. We will be trying different techniques of drawing and discuss about the different art styles that are covered during the course. How can we portray something as simple as an apple or a cup in a different way? The participating children will be encouraged to explore and experiment in the vast world of possibilities!
